The Underlying Values & Beliefs

In our development work with clients around the world, ACTT Global builds the partnership based on a set of beliefs:

Truth One
What cannot be measured cannot be achieved.
Truth Two
Adult education is more about realization. It is all about helping them find it within themselves. Adults only learn in the context of what they judge to be important and relevant. Research reveals that sellers remember and apply four times as much from training perceived as highly pertinent to their jobs as they do from generic training.
Truth Three
Behaviour creates perceptions. People are not their behaviour. If we have less belief that they can change, the we will have lesser results.
Truth Four
You cannot understand and solve the problem at the same level as it was created.
Truth Five
If you do the same things you are likely to get the same results. If you want different results you need to do things differently and do different things.
Truth Six
The Map is not the Territory. The "territory" means "reality" and the "map" means our perception of it. "We simply assume that the way we see things is the way they really are or the way they should be. And our attitudes and behaviors grow out of these assumptions."
Truth Seven
The meaning of communication is the response you get.
Truth Eight
The Law of Requisite Variety. The Law of Requisite Variety says that the person, or the system, or the part of the system, with the most flexibility of Behavior will end up controlling the system.
Truth Nine
"There is a solution to every problem."
Truth Ten
"Whatever you think you are, you are always more than that." Our capacity to learn, love, and lunge into action is always far greater than we imagine it to be. Let's use this inspiring assumption to work on developing our potential and enjoyment of life to the fullest
